Ukraine is seeking to renew its contract with the U.S. government for access to SpaceX's Starshield military satellite communications network before it expires in mid-2027, Reuters reported on Nov. 5. Kyiv wants to begin negotiations immediately after unexplained service restrictions disrupted Ukrainian military operations in October.
