Ron Wyden, the ranking Democrat on the U.S. Senate Finance Committee, said he was already talking to other lawmakers about a plan to reverse the Trump administration's tariffs on Canada , The Wall Street Journal reported on Nov. 5. The media outlet added that plans under discussion appear to focus on reforms to Section 122 and Section 338, the trade powers the White House used to implement the temporary 10% global tariff for 150 days earlier this year and the most recent round of tariffs on Canada that went into effect in August, respectively.
