Mexican police arrested former Chihuahua Attorney General Cesar Jauregui for allowing U.S. agents to participate in Mexican national security forces operations, El Pais reported on Oct. 17. Jauregui is a member of the opposition National Action Party, or PAN, and an ally of Chihuahua Gov. Maria Eugenia Campos.
