The FBI arrested Abdulrahman Alfozan, a Saudi employee of U.S. tech company OpenAI, on Oct. 9 for concealing a covert recording device in an executive conference room, the Justice Department announced on Oct. 13, the same day Alfozan made his first appearance in court.
