Russian forces struck Zaporizhzhia's cable-stayed bridge, the tallest in Ukraine, for a second consecutive day, Dzerkalo Tyzhnia reported on Oct. 6. The strike temporarily closed the crossing before authorities restored most traffic within hours, while keeping restrictions on trucks weighing more than 3.5 tons.
