Regarding an ongoing diplomatic row with Ukraine over a prisoner of war swap, South Korean President Lee Jae Myung said, "Ukraine has not only made me look like a liar, but is also trying to provoke a war on the Korean Peninsula. If it refuses to issue a public apology, we will take further measures," Yonhap News Agency reported on Oct. 2. This comes after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced in his Sept. 23 address to the U.N. General Assembly in New York that Ukraine had transferred two North Korean prisoners of war to South Korea.
