Kazakhstan signed 10 investment and cooperation agreements with Chinese partners covering aluminum production, wind power, manufacturing and financing at a Kazakhstan-China forum in Almaty, Inbusiness reported on Sept. 25. Speaking at the forum, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said the broader industrial portfolio with China had exceeded $62 billion across 260 projects, and he highlighted Kazakhstan's participation in China's World Artificial Intelligence Cooperation Organization, or WAICO.
