China's State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, or SASAC, launched a review on the use of Broadcom switches in state-backed data centers, the Financial Times reported on Sept. 22. The review found that the penetration rate of Broadcom switches among state-owned enterprises, which SASAC oversees, could be as high as 90%.
