Saudi Aramco restarted operations on the East-West Pipeline on Sept. 22 and could resume loading oil at the Yanbu oil terminal on the Red Sea later in the day, Reuters reported. Reuters added that Saudi Aramco was seeking to boost throughput to 4 million barrels per day, more than half the pipeline system's 7 million barrel per day nameplate capacity, with full resumption expected to take several more weeks.
