Sweden's center-left opposition bloc — led by former Prime Minister and Social Democrat leader Magdalena Andersson — is on course to win 176 seats in the 349-seat Riksdag following the Sept. 13 general election , compared to 173 seats for Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson's right-wing bloc, Reuters reported Sept. 14. About 90% of votes have so far been counted, but the race is still too close to call. Ballots cast overseas will start being tallied on Sept. 16.
