More than 120 flights were delayed or canceled at Moscow's Sheremetyevo and Vnukovo international airports after authorities imposed temporary airspace restrictions during a Ukrainian drone attack, Gazeta.ru reported on Sept. 3. The disruption followed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's warning that expanding drone operations would effectively close Russian airspace and Kyiv's notification to the International Civil Aviation Organization that the airspace was unsafe.
