Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Andre Mendonca declassified a Federal Police report containing several messages exchanged between the founder of Banco Master, Daniel Vorcaro, and Justice Alexandre de Moraes, g1 reported on Sept. 1. Vorcaro has been under arrest since November 2025 for an alleged multibillion-dollar fraud scheme, and investigations have shown he maintained a vast network of influence across Brasilia.
