Germany plans to publicly attribute the attempted August drone attack on a Ukrainian cargo plane at Leipzig/Halle Airport to Russia and may draw up further sanctions against Moscow in concert with its allies, Reuters reported on Sept. 1. German officials reportedly expect an announcement within days, possibly around the EU foreign ministers' meeting in Ireland on Sept. 1-2.
