British Prime Minister Andy Burnham cleared European missile manufacturer MBDA to disclose classified information on U.K.-made components used in the SCALP/Storm Shadow cruise missile , The Telegraph reported on Aug. 24. The decision opens the door for France's previously announced plan to license SCALP production and establish assembly lines in Ukraine.
