State-controlled Sberbank announced that it, together with recruitment service Rabota.ru , had launched a platform allowing Russian employers to recruit foreign workers and coordinate screening, permits, relocation and adaptation, Reuters reported on Aug. 21. The initial pools will include Indian welders, fitters and other skilled workers, with additional countries expected to follow.
