A little-known Russian company, KS Logistika, asked Russian President Vladimir Putin to place five Nestle-owned entities under temporary administration, citing the company's suspension of exports and lack of plans to expand Russian production, Kommersant reported on Aug. 17. KS Logistika's beneficiary, Gerasim Bogomolov, previously worked at Sovcombank and Expobank, while the company now controls Obatem Pro, formerly the Russian subsidiary of German toolmaker Metabo.
