Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said Yerevan could refer its dispute with Russia over the South Caucasus Railway concession to international arbitration, NEWS.am reported on July 30. Pashinyan said Armenia must be able to use its railway infrastructure as it sees fit and suggested it could demand up to $2 billion annually from Russia, although he maintained that Yerevan would prefer an amicable settlement.
