Ukrainian missiles struck the Voronezh Semiconductor Devices Plant, a sanctioned defense facility that produces integrated circuits and power modules for Russian missiles, including Kh-101 and Iskander systems, Vedomosti reported on June 22. Ukraine also attacked Russia's Dubna space communications center in the Moscow region.

The Dubna space communications facility is Russia's largest satellite communications teleport and a major ground hub connecting satellites to terrestrial networks.
