Modi will then return to France to participate in the G7 summit on June 16-19, and he will likely hold bilateral talks with U.S. President Donald Trump on the sidelines on June 16-17, according to Indian government officials.

According to India's Ministry of External Affairs, the visits aim to reaffirm India's commitment to advancing its broader strategic partnership with the European Union.
