Russia has scaled down its Victory Day parade, including by limiting the military display on Red Square, amid security concerns and fears of Ukrainian long-range strikes against Moscow. Earlier on May 8, the Kremlin released a list of foreign leaders confirmed to attend the commemorations, including Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko and Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico.
