A Russian air force Ilyushin Il-62 aircraft landed at Simon Bolivar International Airport in Caracas on June 24, Reuters reported. The aircraft is the same one that arrived in Caracas in March after making stops in Damascus, Syria, and Dakar, Senegal, en route from Moscow.
