The United States issued sanctions against four Israeli settlers it accused of fomenting violence in the West Bank, The Times of Israel reported on Feb. 1. The sanctions come under a new U.S. framework by which the White House will impose sanctions on Israeli individuals accused of encouraging violence against Palestinians in the West Bank.
