According to U.S. intelligence, Russia is making preparations for a potential large-scale military offensive on Ukraine during the upcoming winter, Bloomberg reported Nov. 21. This news follows a Nov. 20 Military Times interview in which the head of Ukraine’s defense intelligence agency claimed that Russia has more than 92,000 troops amassed around Ukraine’s borders and is preparing for an attack by the end of January or the beginning of February.
