British Foreign Minister David Cameron said the United Kingdom is considering recognizing Palestinian statehood at the United Nations, Politico reported on Jan. 30. Cameron made the comments ahead of his tour of the Middle East where he will propose a five-point peace plan that would remove the Palestinian militant group Hamas' military power.
