The Taliban has provided the Tajik militant group Jamaat Nasrullah, known as the "Tajik Taliban," with new military vehicles and weapons seized from the collapsed Afghan national army, RFE/RL reported Oct. 4. The Taliban also claims it has "removed" ethnic Uyghur fighters from an area close to Afghanistan's border with China.
