Sudan's paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) launched a major attack against the Sudanese Armed Forces' (SAF) headquarters in Khartoum on Sept. 16, Radio France Internationale reported on Sept. 19. The SAF repelled the attack with airstrikes, but the RSF still reportedly surrounds the SAF's headquarters.
