Saudi Arabia has opened applications for permanent residents, Bloomberg reported June 23. For $213,000, applicants can seek a permanent residency visa, which allows holders to buy property, own businesses without a local sponsor, switch jobs, leave the kingdom without an exit visa, and sponsor family to move to Saudi Arabia. A one-year renewable residency option is being offered for $26,500.
