The chief operating officer of Japanese multinational conglomerate SoftBank Group, Marcelo Claure, has said there is no guarantee his company will start another Vision Fund — a multibillion dollar investment fund with significant backing from Saudi Arabia — following reports that Saudi agents were behind the disappearance and likely death of journalist and Saudi critic Jamal Khashoggi, The Wall Street Journal reported Oct. 17.
