Several Lebanese banks have further reduced their withdrawal limits for small and large depositors in response to a deepening economic crisis, Naharnet reported Feb. 3. The additional restrictions come as the new Cabinet and recently appointed Prime Minister Hassan Diab are meeting to formulate and enact the government's policy and budget.
