Unidentified drones attacked oil tankers near the Caspian Pipeline Consortium, or CPC, terminal in the Black Sea, Reuters reported on Jan. 13, a development later confirmed by Kazakhstan's energy ministry. Operators have canceled at least 21 of the 45 oil shipments scheduled for January as onsite storage tanks reached capacity, forcing the pipeline to stop accepting new crude.
