Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant offered the government's first proposed plan for post-war Gaza, The Times of Israel reported on Jan 4. The plan foresees permanent Israeli military oversight of the strip with a Palestinian civil administration supported by an international task force made up of the United States, European states and moderate Arab states that would provide aid for the reconstruction of the strip.
