Finance ministers from the Eurogroup are expected to confirm Jan. 22 that Greece has made significant progress in implementing reforms required for the country's bailout programs, but may choose not to disburse the next 6.7 billion euros of aid, Financial Times reported Jan. 21. If Greece does not receive the funds, then another check-in will need to occur in early Februrary. It is unclear how much supervision Greece will continue to receive after its bailout program ends in mid-2018.
