The Philippine government will not stop domestic infrastructure projects that involve Chinese companies recently blacklisted by the U.S. Department of Commerce for their involvement in Bejing’s activities in the South China Sea, according to a Sept. 1 statement released by President Rodrigo Duterte's office.
