Several people were killed in an attack on the office of Chad's intelligence agency on the night of Feb. 27-28, Jeune Afrique reported Feb. 28. This was followed by reports of clashes involving heavy weapons in the center of N'Djamena, as well as the deployments of tanks to the city center. The Chadian government has blamed members of Chad's Socialist Party Without Borders (PSF) for the attack on the country's intelligence agency headquarters.
