Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said his government and Azerbaijan had agreed on 15 out of 17 articles of their draft peace agreement, the two remaining points being the non-deployment of third-country forces and the waiving of claims in international courts, Armenian News reported on Jan. 31. He added that the countries' border demarcation commissions will work on delimiting the Armenia-Azerbaijan border from the Georgian border to the Iranian border.
