What We're Tracking Ukraine security talks, Gaza peace plan in the spotlight at Davos. A Ukrainian delegation is traveling to Washington ahead of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, for talks on U.S. security guarantees and a postwar recovery package, which Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says could be finalized during meetings on the sidelines of the forum. Zelensky, who is expected to attend Davos and may meet with U.S. President Donald Trump there, said Kyiv is also seeking clarity on Russia's stance toward U.S.-led peace efforts amid Moscow's continued strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure. Trump is expected to officially reveal the U.N.-mandated Board of Peace, a transitional body to support Gaza governance and reconstruction, at the forum roughly a week after Trump announced the start of the second phase of his Gaza ceasefire plan.
